Water and Wastewater Operator
Certification System (WWOCS)
The Water and Wastewater Operator
Certification System (WWOCS) is a web-based
system that allows operators to review and
update their water and wastewater operating
experience information. This system requires
a username and password for access. The
information within each operators profile is
confidential and can only be accessed by the
operator, Certification Program
Administrator and the Ministry of the
Environment.
You can request access to WWOCS by
completing and submitting the request form
below. Once you are provided with your
username and password, you can begin
navigating through your personal profile,
which contains information relating to your
certificates/licenses, contact information,
years and type of operating experience,
employer information, continuing education
units obtained, etc. You can also obtain the
forms required to register for exams (OIT,
Class 1-4, apply for certificate/license
renewals, upgrades, etc.
Training providers also utilize WWOCS to
have courses assessed for continuing
education units (CEUs) and Director
Approval. A form is provided below for
training providers who wish to request a
username and password.

users navigate the WWOCS system.
